Infrastructure
Dyez runs on established cloud infrastructure with managed databases and image storage delivered over a CDN. We keep our systems patched and separate salon data so one salon cannot see another's information.
Access and permissions
Owners control who on their team can see what. Staff sign in with a PIN, so there are no shared passwords floating around the salon. Within Dyez, access to customer and booking data follows each person's role.
Messaging and your number
When you link your own WhatsApp number, messages go out from that number. You can unlink it at any time. Dyez sends only transactional booking messages, not marketing broadcasts.
Payments
Dyez does not process card payments and does not store card numbers. Where you record a payment against a booking, only the amount and method are stored.
