These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dyez salon management platform and this website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a salon or business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
1. The service
Dyez provides software for salons to take bookings, manage staff and services, message customers, track no-shows, run payroll and reports, and related features. Available features depend on the plan you select. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including your staff's use through their PIN logins.
- Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Free trial and billing
- New salons may start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin the trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan. Subscriptions are billed per salon on an invoice basis.
- Plans and usage limits (such as number of staff, services, or messages) are shown at sign-up and may be updated with notice.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Dyez to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or unlawful messages.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is illegal or harmful.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Use the service in a way that breaches the rules of any connected messaging provider.
5. Customer messaging
Where you connect your own WhatsApp or other number, you are responsible for how you communicate with your customers and for obtaining any consent required by law. Dyez sends transactional booking messages on your behalf and does not send marketing broadcasts. You must comply with the terms of any messaging provider you connect.
6. Your customers' data
You remain responsible for the customer data you collect and manage through Dyez, and for having a lawful basis to process it. Dyez acts as your processor for that data. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. No-show blocking
Dyez includes an automatic no-show feature that can block a customer from booking online at your salon after repeated consecutive no-shows. You control unblocking. You are responsible for how you apply this feature to your customers.
8. Availability
We work to keep Dyez available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and features may occasionally be unavailable. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
Dyez and its software, design, and branding are owned by us and our licensors. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms. You keep ownership of the content and data you upload; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Dyez and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling on closure is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dyez is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of Dyez's registration, and disputes are subject to the courts there, unless local law requires otherwise.
